Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms (if applicable), the English version shall prevail in all respects.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
ba89 is strictly for players aged 18 years and above. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited. ba89 will report instances of underage gambling to appropriate authorities where required.
To register and maintain an account at ba89, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the ba89 platform.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online casino or sports betting activities is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ba89, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have a pre-existing ba89 account that has been closed, suspended, or self-excluded. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ba89 account at any given time.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
Age Verification. ba89 may require you to submit documentary proof of your age and identity at any point, including at the time of registration, at the time of your first withdrawal, or at any other time ba89 deems appropriate. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable time of ba89's request may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.
Geographic Eligibility. The ba89 platform is designed and operated to serve players located in Bangladesh. Players based in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other districts of Bangladesh are welcome to register. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the ba89 platform is lawful under the laws applicable to them at their specific location. ba89 does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted.

Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of ba89 services — including real-money casino games, sports betting, deposits, and withdrawals — you must register a ba89 account by completing the registration process at ba89.club. Registration is free of charge.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your date of birth, your country of residence (Bangladesh), and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification. You agree to keep all account information up to date at all times and to notify ba89 promptly of any changes by contacting [email protected].
One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) ba89 account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether in your own name or using any other identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
ba89 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with industry best practices for player safety and platform integrity. All players are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification is also required for any deposit or account activity that triggers ba89's internal risk thresholds.
KYC verification at ba89 requires the submission of the following documents:
- Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification showing your full name and date of birth.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months showing your full name and current residential address.
- Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) is registered in your name. For mobile financial services, a screenshot of the registered account details is typically acceptable.
Enhanced Verification for Large Transactions. All withdrawal requests exceeding ৳20,000 require completed KYC identity verification. Account Security. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ba89 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ba89 does not charge conversion fees or apply exchange rate margins. The amounts displayed in your ba89 account balance reflect actual BDT amounts.

Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals at ba89 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. ba89 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name. All withdrawal requests are subject to ba89's internal review process. While ba89 endeavours to process withdrawals within the timelines set out above, ba89 reserves the right to apply additional processing time where further verification is required.
Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds credited to your ba89 account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Dormant Account Fees. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. ba89 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Fees will not be applied to accounts with a zero balance.
ba89 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. All transactions are monitored. ba89 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and request additional documentation where a transaction triggers AML review procedures. Deposits made to a ba89 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned.

Bonuses & Promotions
ba89 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events including BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and the ICC T20 World Cup. General Bonus Terms
- All bonuses are credited in BDT to the player's ba89 bonus balance, separate from the real-money balance.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
- Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered from the bonus before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports betting, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates for each game category are published on the ba89 promotions page.
- ba89 reserves the right to set a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. The applicable cap is stated on the relevant promotion page.
- Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Any bonus balance and associated wagering requirements that have not been met within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account without notice.
- ba89 may cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus before any modification will not be adversely affected for the duration of the current bonus cycle.
- Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play between multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonus funds with minimal risk — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered ba89 players only. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available to each eligible player once only. ba89 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any specific promotion at its sole discretion, including on the basis of prior bonus history, account verification status, or geographic location.

Random Number Generation & RTP

Void Bets & Technical Errors
ba89 reserves the right to void any bet, wager, or game round that has been affected by a technical error, data feed failure, human error, or any other circumstance that has materially affected the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, the relevant wager amount will be returned to the player's ba89 account balance. ba89 is not liable for any loss, including loss of anticipated winnings, resulting from the voiding of a wager under this provision.
Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest or obvious error in the display of odds, lines, game outcomes, or account balances due to a technical fault or human error, ba89 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust any affected bets, winnings, or balances accordingly. Players who attempt to exploit palpable errors in order to gain an unfair advantage are acting in violation of these Terms and their accounts may be suspended or closed.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
ba89 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to fraud, cheating, collusion, and any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or harms other players. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited at ba89 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering or operating more than one ba89 account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain any advantage over other players.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament.
- Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with any market offered at ba89.
- Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches in the ba89 platform software to obtain funds, credits, or advantages to which you are not legitimately entitled.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud, into your ba89 account.
- Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name, or depositing funds on behalf of a third party.
- Sharing your ba89 account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access or use your ba89 account.
- Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit made to ba89 through your payment provider after the funds have been credited to your account and used for wagering.
- Engaging in any conduct that ba89 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ba89 staff or other players via the live chat or any other communication channel.
ba89 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During the investigation period, ba89 may temporarily suspend the account, freeze the account balance, and withhold any pending withdrawals. ba89 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player by email within a reasonable period.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player
You may close your ba89 account at any time by contacting the ba89 support team at [email protected] with a written request for account closure. Before closing your account, ba89 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements). Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period rather than a permanent account closure. Self-exclusion periods are available from thirty (30) days up to permanent (indefinite) exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your ba89 account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager. Closure by ba89
ba89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- ba89 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct in connection with ba89.
- The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- ba89 is required to close the account by applicable law, regulation, or an order from a competent authority.
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- The player has been identified as a problem gambler or has self-excluded from another operator and ba89 becomes aware of this fact through its due diligence processes.
Where an account is closed by ba89 due to a proven breach of these Terms (including fraud, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of technical errors), ba89 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, ba89 will return any verified real-money balance to the player via the most recent payment method on record, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ba89's total liability to any player in connection with the ba89 platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ba89 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ba89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage, including loss of anticipated winnings, arising from the player's use of or inability to use the ba89 platform.
Force Majeure. ba89 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising from circumstances beyond ba89's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, power outages, or government-imposed restrictions.
